Matamanoa Island Resort
Matamanoa Island Resort is an intimate and secluded adults only resort just 30km west of Nadi.
With a small inventory of rooms the resort is a haven of peace and tranquility - a little island with a big personality.
Matamanoa has announced they will be closed from 12 January 2026 for 10 weeks, reopening on March 23, 2026.
During this time the resort will do all the heavy and noisy work and demolish their 13 existing Resort Rooms and excitingly rebuild 26 fabulous Resort Rooms further back into the mountain.
On reopening there will still be some work to do, but a 9 foot fence will have been erected around the site, bures close to the work site will be blocked, and all work will be completed with a reduced trade team.
The full project will be complete by the end of 2026.
