This week, Tourism Fiji launched Fiji Foodies, its first ever social series taking viewers across Fiji through food, culture, and place.
The series highlights a side of Fiji that many people may not know, featuring lesser known dishes, local food stories, and homegrown products such as chocolate, coffee, and artisan brands, offering a fuller picture of Fiji’s food journey from production to experience.
Each 7- 8min episode introduces a food story unique to Fiji, alongside a lesser known tourism experience in the same region, taking viewers on a journey through authentic Fiji and inviting them to explore the country through its flavours, people and environment.
The first episode takes us to the Namosi Highlands and shows traditional cooking - which you will see merged into many of the meals that are prepared in resorts across the country. This fusion shares Fiji's culture with our visitors.
Look out for this series on YouTube, Facebook, Instragram, and Tiktok
Feel free to use on your own socials and ensure you tag @tourismfiji @namosiecoretreat @rivertubingfiji and #fijiforfoodies and #fijihappy.
