In turn Vomo welcomed acclaimed trainer Marcus Braun from Fahrenheit Culinary Consultants to the resort.

Joining him for four days of intensive training were the Vomo culinary team. The team embraced advanced techniques and learning opportunities and, according to Marcus, the impact was almost immediate.
